Returns & Refunds

You can manage your return from your customer profile or by writing to me at: hola@leperiplo.com

Non-returnable items: Downloadable software products and once the order has been placed and the shipment processed.

There are certain situations where only partial or full refunds can be granted: (if applicable)

What are valid reasons for a return?

  • The item arrives defective or is not in its original condition, or is missing parts due to reasons beyond our control.
  • The pages have fallen out within 30 days of purchase.

To complete your return, we require your order number and a photograph of the product's condition within 24 hours of receiving the order, sent via email.

Shipping

The process will be as follows:

  1. We will arrange the collection service through Correos and send you the shipping label.
  2. You must take the package to the Correos Office with the shipping label we provided within 2 days.
  3. We will contact you to proceed with the replacement or refund once we receive the package.
  4. In the event of a refund for the returned product, this process can take up to 10-15 calendar days and will be issued via the same payment method used for the original purchase.

Late or Missing Refunds (where applicable)

If you haven't received your refund after 10-15 days, please check your bank account again.

Next, contact your bank. It often takes some time before your refund is officially posted.
