Digital Products
Digital travel guides are delivered automatically once the purchase has been confirmed.
Customers will receive an email containing access to the purchased content and, where applicable, will also be able to download it from their customer account.
As these are digital products, no physical shipment or shipping fees apply.
Physical Products
Orders for physical travel guides are generally prepared within 24 hours after purchase confirmation.
However, during periods of high demand or exceptional circumstances, preparation times may extend to 2 to 5 business days from the purchase date.
Once the order has been prepared, it will be shipped via Correos using the delivery option selected by the customer during checkout.
The estimated delivery times shown below are indicative and may vary depending on the destination, the carrier's operational capacity or circumstances beyond Le Periplo's control.
Should any significant delay occur, we will contact the customer using the email address or telephone number provided during the purchase process.

Orders placed after 2:00 PM on Fridays, as well as orders placed during weekends or public holidays, will be processed on the next business day.
Le Periplo shall not be held responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, logistical incidents, adverse weather conditions, customs procedures or any other circumstances beyond its control.
