1. Right of withdrawal

In accordance with current consumer and user protection regulations, the customer has a period of fourteen (14) calendar days from receipt of the physical product to withdraw from the contract without needing to justify their decision and without any penalty.

The customer may exercise their right of withdrawal through the channels provided by Le Periplo, including the returns and cancellations form available in their customer area where applicable, or by contacting us via email at hola@leperiplo.com

Once the communication is received, Le Periplo will confirm receipt of the request by email.

2. Products excluded from the right of withdrawal

In accordance with article 103 of Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007, the right of withdrawal will not apply to the supply of digital content that is delivered immediately after the purchase, when the consumer has expressly consented to the start of the execution and acknowledged the loss of their right of withdrawal.

Therefore:

• Le Periplo's digital guides do not allow withdrawal once access to the download or digital content has been provided.
• In the event that a purchase includes both a physical guide and a digital guide, the right of withdrawal may only be exercised over the physical part of the order. The amount corresponding to the digital guide already supplied will not be reimbursed.
• Physical guides purchased individually may be subject to the right of withdrawal under the terms provided in this policy.
• Physical guides belonging to special collections or "Sample Sale" will also be governed by these conditions, unless another specific condition is expressly indicated on the product sheet.

If a customer purchases a printed guide that includes access to the digital version and the digital guide has been delivered immediately after purchase, the right of withdrawal may only be exercised with respect to the printed guide. The digital content already supplied will be excluded from the refund in accordance with applicable regulations.

3. Return of physical products

The customer must return the physical product without undue delay and, in any case, within a maximum period of fourteen (14) calendar days from the communication of the withdrawal.

The product must be returned in good condition and adequately protected for transport.

The direct costs of return will be borne by the customer, unless the return is due to an error by Le Periplo or a defect in the product.

4. Refund

Once the product is received and its condition checked, Le Periplo will proceed with the refund of the amounts paid corresponding to the product subject to withdrawal using the same payment method used in the purchase.

The refund will be made within a maximum period of fourteen (14) calendar days from receipt of the product or from proof of its return.

5. Defective products or incorrect shipments

If the product received has a manufacturing defect, has arrived damaged or does not correspond to the order placed, the customer must contact Le Periplo via email:

Le Periplo will assume the costs derived from the return and will offer, as appropriate, the replacement of the product or the refund of the amount paid.

6. Withdrawal form

The customer may exercise their right of withdrawal using the form provided by Le Periplo on this page or by sending a request to the email hola@leperiplo.com.

The request must include, at least, the following information:

• Order number.
• Date of receipt of the order.
• Full name.
• Email address.
• Product or products over which the right of withdrawal is exercised.
• Date of the request.

Once the request is received, Le Periplo will send a confirmation of receipt by email and will process the request in accordance with current regulations.
